PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow data to be updated only by an administrator of an electronic computer or by a specified electronic computer, and to prohibit a user and the other electronic computer from performing an erroneous operation resulting in data loss and data falsification. SOLUTION: A storage device is connected with a delivery server and an update server and comprises a first storage device, a second storage device and a read-only interface. The delivery server is connected to a network. Data stored in the second storage device are allowed to be read by the delivery server.
