<p>PURPOSE: A user interface providing method and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to control the arrangement of a graphic object on a display screen according to the grip state of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal sets up a screen area within a display screen(S810). The mobile terminal displays a part of the display screen on the display screen(S830).
