PURPOSE:To secure an economical conversion for the multiplication number and the efficiency at the junctions between time-division multiple circuits to each other by combining the holding circuit and the holding timing, and thus to enhance the flexibility for the mutual connection of each multiplying system between the time-division transmission line and the channel.
