PURPOSE: An air conditioning control device for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removing a controller and a display device for an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning control device for a vehicle comprises an air conditioner and a communication terminal(100). The air conditioner controls indoor temperature by discharging heating air or cooling air into a vehicle room. The communication terminal remote controls the air conditioner from the outside of the vehicle. If the communication terminal is arranged in the vehicle room, the communication terminal performs functions of a controller, controlling on/off, temperature, air volume, and discharge mode of an air conditioner, and a display device, indicating air conditioning state. The communication terminal performs function of a display device for information relative to a vehicle, such as an air conditioning controller display device, an AV display device, and a navigation display device.
