PURPOSE:To prevent completely poisonous gases or poisonous mists from spreading into the atmosphere, by having a leakage liquid flow and a driving liquid flow mix and react under a sealed condition inside an ejector. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied high-pressure gas or dangerous liquid substance which has leaked from storage thank 1 settles within liquid barrier 2. This leaked liquid is sucked into suction pipe 4 via liquid settling pit 2a due to the suction effect of ejector 3. The sucked, leaked liquid is mixed and caused to react with a driving water flow from driving water supply pipe 5 in the sealed mixing region of ejector 3, and then it is sent to a designated place via discharge pipe 6. The driving pressure of ejector 3 is designed in accordance with the diameter of the nozzle, the handling easiness of the head, and the treatment capacity of the ejectior. The ratio of the amount of suction of the leaked liquid to the amount of the driving liquid is determined by the adjustment of the opening of valve V provided in the suction route. |
