PURPOSE: A carbon flat heating element which uses a molding base of a mesh structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be applied to a mat, a floor paper, a carpet, a heating panel, and etc. with superior heat dissipation performance. CONSTITUTION: A lead electrode is formed by being printed. A molding base layer is arranged by being attached on the lead electrode and the surface of a lower insulating sheet. A carbon heating element is formed by being coated on the surface of the lower insulating sheet, the lead electrode, and the molding base layer. A flat sheet and a roll sheet are supplied on a heating sheet. |
