PURPOSE: An emergency service supplying method and a system thereof are provided to directly communicate with the other mobile terminal without interruption of a network. CONSTITUTION: A second mobile terminal transmits an RACH(Random Access Channel) message to a first mobile terminal in response to a channel message of a first mobile terminal(203). A channel is formed for communication with the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal(205). The first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal perform communication through a channel(207).
