<p>PURPOSE: A radiation-sensitive resin composition, a cured film, a method for forming the cured film, a color filter, and a color filter forming method are provided to improve sensitivity and developing characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A radiation-sensitive resin composition includes alkali soluble resin, polymerizable compound with an ethylenically unsaturated bond, a radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator, a compound represented by chemical formula 1, and organic or inorganic phosphorus compound. The alkali soluble resin is obtained by copolymerizing an epoxy group containing unsaturated compound and at least one compound selected from a group including unsaturated carbonic acid and unsaturated carbonic acid anhydrides. In chemical formula 1, the m is the integer of 2 to 6; and a part or whole of hydrogen elements in the alkylene group is capable of being substituted with organic group. The radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator is O-acyloxime compound.</p> |
