PURPOSE: An apparatus for keeping nut tighten for turn-out branching-off point and crossing is provided to implement easy rotation by improving a combination structure and a rotary member which is rotated in a fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member(20) penetrates the inside an adhering control interval. A rotating member(40) has one end which is inserted into the fixing member. A rotation control member(30) controls the rotation of the rotating member. A coupling member(50) has a bolt groove(51) in which an anchor bolt is inserted and is inserted into a guide groove. The guide groove has a fixing member which is inserted into the rear side of the fixing member.
