<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing air ventilating shoes is provided to extend the life span, improve air ventilation, and to simplify manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing air ventilating shoes comprises: a step of assembling a nozzle(20) assembly by combining an airbag(10) a nozzle and an inner pipe(60); a step of sealing an external channel(30) of the nozzle a sealing cap; a step of injecting atmospheric pressure air into the airbag through the inner pipe; a step of closing the end of the inner pipe; and a step of manufacturing a shoe sole combined with the nozzle assembly by injecting a foamed material after inserting the nozzle assembly into a shoe sole mold.</p> |
