PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a large sized graphene film and a patterned graphene film is provided to cost-effectively mass-product large sized graphene films by reacting organic materials and graphite under the existence of polyphosphoric acid to obtain organic material-based functionalized graphene. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a large sized graphene film and a patterned graphene film includes the following: organic material-based functionalized graphene is prepared by reacting organic materials and graphite in a reacting medium containing polyphosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide and substituting the bonds of graphene in the graphite with the covalent bonds of the graphene and the organic materials; the organic material-based functionalized graphene is dispersed in an organic solvent of 0.001-100mg/ml concentration to obtain a dispersed solution; The dispersed solution is dropped or spin-coated on a substrate; and the substrate is dried.
