PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly clay block is provided to efficiently purify contaminated soil with high concentration which is difficult to be treated by existing biological method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly clay block comprises: a composition manufacturing step(114) of manufacturing a composition for purification of contaminated soil by adding an oxidizer, a catalyst, a heavy metal anti-elution agent, a functional clay, OPC(Orkinary Portland Cement), blast-flake slag micro powders, a fly ash, natural CaSO4, and a soil binder; and an extrusion molding step(120) of molding products by using dry type oil hydraulic molding machine. The functional clay is artificial claymineral similar to clay bonded with silicon, aluminum and moisture, by mixing calcium silicate components to aluminosilicate industrial byproduct in which ferric oxide is contained.
