PURPOSE: A carbon nanotubes/polyethylene composite is provided to improve dispersing ability, and using for various component material and pacing material by using electric conductivity and thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotubes/polyethylene composite comprises: a step of manufacturing a catalyst composition; a step of introducing an antistatic agent into the catalyst composition; a step of introducing co-catalyst into the catalyst compostion; a step of polymerization by introducing ethylene into the catalyst composition. The first step comprises a step of dipping a co-catalyst into carbon nanotube, and a step of dipping a catalyst into the carbon nanotube.
