PURPOSE: A feature service support system about an oversea roamer and a method thereof are provided to control an additional service of a home location register in a roaming SCP. CONSTITUTION: A roaming SCP(Service Control Point)(115) receives an intelligent network service request message from a visitor MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(133) according to the origination of a call including a pre-arranged roaming feature code. The roaming SCP converts the roaming feature code into a feature code according to home network standards. An HLR(Home location Register)(113) receives an intelligent network service message from the home SCP. The HLR transmits additional service information.
