<p>PURPOSE: A solidified block composition using sludge and inorganic waste resources and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an environmental pollution and manufacture of a high intensity block by including sludge, functional inorganic substances, fly ash disposed in landfill, an inorganic binder, and a soil hardening agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the solidified block composition using sludge and inorganic waste resources comprises the following steps: manufacturing whole or a part of a mixture including sludge, a pH adjusting agent, anti-leaching agent for heavy metals, a solidifying agent, a solidifying supplemental agent, a deodorant, functional clay, fly ash disposed in landfill, bottom ash, stone powder, inorganic waste materials, inorganic binder, and soil hardening agent; compression-molding the mixture and surface-treating a manufactured block composition; and curing a surface-processed block composition.</p> |
