摘要 PURPOSE: An aptamer biosensor of an unlabelling mode using nano particles is provided to improve the sensitivity, the reproducibility, and the accuracy of a sensor by multiplying the masking effect generating due to the protein-aptamer combination. CONSTITUTION: An aptamer biosensor of an unlabelling mode using nano particles(21) comprises a working electrode and an aptamer. The aptamer is fixed on the working electrode. The density of a protein specifically united with the aptamer is measured by using nano particles. The nano particles have the electrochemical activity. Electrochemical signals generated by a masking effect according to the protein density or the difference of the accessability with respect to the working electrode of the nano particles. A quantification of the protein is processed by the biosenesor without using a label.
