PURPOSE: A composite fiber panel with reinforced ductility and a method of reinforcing the vibration control of a structure using the same are provided to ensure rigidity, maximize ductility capacity and sufficiently ensure vibration control performance. CONSTITUTION: A composite fiber panel with reinforced ductility comprises first adhesive, at least one or more fiber panels(300), second adhesive, and a fiber belt(500). The first adhesive is applied along the side of a concrete structure(100) with a given height. The fiber panel is attached to the first adhesive and is arranged along the side of the concrete structure to have a given height. The fiber panel is mixed with polyester fiber to have ductility. The second adhesive is again applied along the side of the fiber panel and the concrete structure. The fiber belt is attached to the applied surface of the second adhesive diagonally or horizontally protecting the concrete structure and the fiber panel.
