<p>PURPOSE: A sun screen composition is provided to prevent skin from UV radiation and to enable fresh application. CONSTITUTION: A sun screen composition contains: a continuous aqueous phase; a discontinuous oil phase dispersed in the continuous aqueous phase; 10 wt% of organic UV filter; water insoluble liquid silicon of C2-C8; fatty acid ester of branch type of polyprotic carboxylic acid; and 2% or more of mineral particles containing starch coating applied on the surface. The mineral particles contain 80-98 wt% of mineral and 2-20 wt% of starch coating. The water insoluble liquid silicon of C2-C8 is ethyl methicone. The fatty acid is octyl dodecyl citrate polyester.</p> |
