PURPOSE:To sense the level specific gravity of electrolyte quickly by combining signals of approach and separation of both a float, the specific gravity of which is less than that of electrylte, and the other, the specific gravity of which is adjusted to that of electrolyte, to or from the switching feature by means of a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A lower float room 3 which contains the specific gravity detecting float 2 with the same specific gravity as that of electrolyte, which is previously set, and an upper float room 5 which contains the level detecting float 4 the specific gravity of which is less than that of electrolyte (1.00 or less, for example) are provided in the sensor unit 1. Also magnets or magnetic substances 6, 7 are buried in the respective floats, the switching features 8, 8' are set above and under the rooms. On-off signals of an approach or a separation of the floats to or from the switching features are fed to the logic circuit to process themselves. By this way, the level and specific gravity of electrolyte can be sensed exactly, quickly and automatically. |
