PURPOSE: A punching mold is provided to improve the mounting stability of a punch since a punch is pressed more by a punch holder, a housing groove, and a pressing plate. CONSTITUTION: A lower mold(10) comprises a mounting groove(11) in which a die(12) is mounted. A pressing plate(20) presses and holds a carrier tape. A punch holder comprises a first punch(33a) and a second punch(33b). A housing groove(24) accepts a punch loading projection(34). The pressing plate which is fixed and coupled with a low mold presses and fixes the die downward.
