PURPOSE:Noodle sauce or soup that is made mainly from milk, nuts and ''miso'', thus having high nutrition and good taste. CONSTITUTION:Crushed nuts such as peanut, almond, etc., are added to milk, or nuts are added to milk and then crushed, and they are combined with miso to make the sauce or soup for noodle. The proportion of the ingredients is, e.g., 500cc of milk, 150g of peanuts, 100g of miso, and 80g of sugar. The milk can be substituted with powdered milk, when concentrated sauce or soup is made, stored and diluted on use. |
