CONSTITUTION: A transparency soundproof plate comprises a soundproofing unit, a solar energy collector and a frame unit. The soundproofing unit comprises a transparency soundproofing material(110). The transparency soundproofing material has a soundproof function. The solar collector unit has solar energy collecting and storing functions. The soundproofing unit and solar collector unit are formed on the frame unit. |
