PURPOSE: A composition for detecting a marker for probing differentiation of osteoblast from human mesenchymal stem cells is provided to measure expression level of protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP) and simply detect differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting a marker for probing differentiation to osteoblast from mesenchymal stem cells contains a formulation which is able to measure expression level of protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP). The PTP is PTPRA(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type A), PTPRF(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type F), PTPRM(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type M), PTPRU(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type U), PTPN1(protein tyrosine phosphatase non receptor type 1) or MTMR6(myotubularin related protein 6). The formulation is primer or antibody. |
