PURPOSE:To enable to absorb thermal strain of a heat collecting pipe by providing a part of the heat collecting pipe with a curved portion utilized as a thermal strain absorbing portion, in a solar heat collector consisting of the heat collecting pipe and a transparent tube, within which the heat collecting pipe is provided and the end portion thereof is introduced out of it. CONSTITUTION:A solar heat collector is consisting of an outer glass tube 1, having functions of a transparent covering and a casing, and a cylindrical fin 2 coated with a selective absorption film on an outer surface thereof. A heat collecting pipe 3 is attached to the fin 2 while a seal plate 4 is provided at the end portion of the outer glass tube 1. A curved portion 10, having substantially U-shaped or screw- shaped configuration, is formed at the end portion of the heat collecting pipe 3. Thereby, thermal expansion of the heat collecting pipe 3 may be absorbed and the eccentrically formed heat collecting pipe 3 may be located almost at the central portion of the diameter of the outer glass tube 1. |
