PURPOSE: A touch panel including a touch reactivation unit of a simple thin film type is provided to maintain the feature and thickness of a touch panel by including a piezoelectric material layer. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensing unit(100) recognizes a touch location. A touch responding unit(200) gives touch a touch location by including a piezoelectric material layer(206). The piezoelectric material layer includes piezoelectric units corresponding to a first and a second electrode(12, 22). The thickness of the piezoelectric material layer is 1-1000nm. The protection film covers the piezoelectric material layer and the second electrode. The first and the second electrode include a transparent conduction material.
