PURPOSE: A complex end mill is provided to implement rough and finish cutting without change of an end mill and to minimize an error in cutting. CONSTITUTION: A complex end mill(100) comprises a shank part(110), a side cutting part(120), and a plane cutting part(130). The shank part is coupled to an axial bore of a machine tool holder. The side cutting part comprises a plurality of flutes(140) depressed on the peripheral surface thereof and a cutting blade formed lengthwise on one end thereof. The plane cutting part is formed on the bottom surface of the shank part and has cutting blade. The side cutting part comprises roughing blades(121) which face each other in an oblique direction and are threaded on the peripheral surfaces thereof and finishing blades(123) which are formed in an oblique direction between the adjacent roughing blades.
