PURPOSE: A system for providing comment of contents to broadcast program in real time and a method thereof are provided to broadcast the comment on the web through broadcast content. CONSTITUTION: A replay collector(111) collects comment on a web related to the broadcast content by the sorts of broadcast content. A replay selector(112) selects a reply. A replay provider(113) offers the comment corresponding to the broadcast content to a transmission system(140). The replay provider binds the comment to a corresponding data channel through a binding processor(141).
