PURPOSE: An aqueous composite composition is provided to can be spread to material stably, to be dried at 0-35 °C, and to promoter drying by heating or low moisture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aqueous composite composition a step of mixing TiO2 particles and absorption emulsion polymer particles to the equilibrated viscosity of 200-4000 cps under critical composite ratio or less, and additionally a step of mixing the TiO2 particles and absorption polymer particles to the mixing strength of 2hp/kgal or more. A forming method of coating comprises a step of forming a stable aqueous composition, a step of spreading the aqueous composition on material, and a step of drying the spread aqueous composition.
