PURPOSE: A terminal apparatus and security processing method thereof are provided to improve the security stability of a payment service by providing access security to a payment service. CONSTITUTION: A card adaptor(110) stores a first secret number when the first secret number is inputted to a password input window in order to release access security. The card adaptor stores current time by receiving the current time from a timer or a GPS(Global Positioning System). A combination card(120) stores user information including a second secret number in order to tighten the access security. The combination card compares the first secret number with the stored second secret number.
