PURPOSE: A water saving system of a hot water boiler including an opening/closing valve driven by a shape memory alloy is provided to prevent water of a faucet wasted for several to tens seconds until the water temperature is raised. CONSTITUTION: A water saving system of a hot water boiler comprises a boiler(220), a supply pipe(212), an opening/closing valve(230), a circulating pipe(240), and a circulating pump(260). The boiler supplies hot water by heat-exchanging the water supplied through an inlet pipe(210) through a heat exchanger installed in a casing. The supply pipe is equipped with a faucet to provide the hot water heated by the boiler. The opening/closing valve is driven with a shape memory alloy to open and close so that the hot water from the supply pipe is discharged through the faucet. The circulating pipe is connected to the rear side of the opening/closing valve and the inlet pipe. The circulating pump circulates the water drawn into the circulating pipe to flow back to the circulating pipe after passing through the boiler. |
