PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to improve the productivity and to diversify the structure of the touch panel by reducing the fault of the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(40) is formed at the one side of a circuit board. An anti-lacerative film(70) includes a reflecting prevention film(30) by being formed at the transparent electrode. The reflection prevention layer is formed at the anti-lacerative film. The reflection prevention layer is located at the opposite of the transparent electrode. The reflection prevention layer is located at the transparent electrode and includes an OCA(Optical Cleared Adhesive) layer.
