PURPOSE: A tunable hinge assembly for a monitor is provided to obtain an operation force of a hinge by controlling a fastening height of a nut and a screw. CONSTITUTION: A rotation shaft passes through the bottom of a stand which is rotatably connected to a base. A frictional force generating member is closely adhered to the rotation shaft and generates a frictional force. A frictional force controlling unit controls the frictional force between the frictional force generating member and the rotation shift when the stand rotates around the rotation shaft. The frictional force generating member includes a clutch(330) and a leaf spring(320). The clutch stops a monitor body at a preset angle. The leaf spring applies controllable pressure to the rotation shaft. |
