PURPOSE: Candied grapes, and a producing method thereof are provided to use oligosaccharide or starch syrup instead of black sugar as a sweetener for producing the candied grapes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of candied grapes comprises the following steps: washing fresh grapes with water, and cutting the grapes into two parts; adding oligosaccharide or starch syrup to the grapes, and soaking the grapes for 10 minutes; and drying the grapes at 25 deg c for 48 hours. The grapes are black olympia or kyoho. |
