PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus efficiently radiating the heat is provided to efficiently radiate heat generated by a photographing device arranged by approaching to the exterior of a gripper where a user grips. CONSTITUTION: A photographing apparatus efficiently radiating the heat comprises an optical part, a chassis member(124), a first outer decoration member, a photographing device(116), a second outer decoration member, and a heat conduction member(123). The optical part is composed to guide flux to a grip of a photographing apparatus by inflecting the flux of incidence from the subject. The chassis member is composed to fix the optical part. The first outer decoration member is composed to cover the front side of the photographing apparatus. The first outer decoration member is arranged in order that the optical part can be placed between the chassis member and first outer decoration member. The photographing device is arranged in the gripper side of the photographing apparatus. The second outer decoration member is composed to cover the gripper side of the photographing apparatus. The heat conduction member is composed to conduct heat of the photographing device.
