PURPOSE: A rain cover for a vehicle is provided to prevent an elastic member from deflecting below because the elastic member projecting from a case gets bearing power due to formed a support and an opening in an arc shape. CONSTITUTION: A rain cover for a vehicle comprises a case, a shaft(130), and an elastic member(150). The case comprises a top case(110), forming an arc groove(111), and a bottom case(120), forming an arc protrusion part(121). The shaft has a plate coil spring(140) built in the case. One end of the elastic member is coupled to the plate coil spring and the other end thereof is coupled to an arc support(160). The elastic member is projected from an opening in order to keep an arc shape and not to deflected below.
