A CONTROL METHOD OF A DISHWASHER

PURPOSE: A control method of a dishwasher is provided to reduce noises caused by an inflow of air into a washing pump because the washing pump is driven by an RPM lower than desired RPM in an initial driving of the washing pump. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a dishwasher is as follows. Water is supplied to a sump(S11). A washing motor is initially driven at a first RPM(Revolution Per Minute) during a first set time(S13,S14). The washing motor is driven at a second RPM higher than the first RPM(S15). A voltage duty or current value is measured(S16). Whether or not the washing motor is driven at a desired RPM is determined.
