PURPOSE: A thin film type multi touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement multi touch by increasing a touch sensing area on the same plane. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer and a photosensitive layer are successively formed on a transparent substrate. A mask pattern is formed on the photosensitive layer. An etching paste is coated on the transparent electrode layer on which the mask pattern is formed. A first sensing cell(121) is formed on the transparent substrate. The mask pattern is removed. Insulation pads is formed on the transparent substrate.
