PURPOSE: A fixing device of a drillship for drilling in shallow sea is provided to facilitate fixation of a drillship with enhanced structure of a fixing device of the drillship. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a drillship for drilling shallow sea comprises a support member(30), a frame(40), a rotator(50), and a fixing pin member(60). The support member is installed in a deck(15) of a drillship. The frame has a hollow part inside and couples with the support member with a hinge. The rotor is rotatably installed in the hollow part of the frame. One end of the fixing pin member is coupled to the rotor to rotate with the rotor. The other end of the fixing pin member is sharply formed to get stuck in the sea floor.
