A device for measuring traffic parameters comprises an infrared laser emission detector, a modulator, a basic frequency generator, resolving amplifier, a photoreceiver, a double frequency converter, a frequency meter and high-frequency detector. In addition there are two control channels in two planes of optical beam deviation wherein each control voltage source, through frequency-controlled high-frequency generators, is connected to orthogonally located piezoelectric elements on the transparent crystal (paratellurite) end faces, these acoustically excite the crystal by the Raman-Nath or Bragg effect, with the result that the beam is deviated by specified angles. |
