A complex for loading a belt conveyor includes a tank that has a fender that is fixed with possibility of motion on the side wall at the side of the face conveyor, and installed higher than the level of the hopper with possibility of vibrations of the upper part with respect to its vertical axis at instant of contact with the bucket of excavator at unloading of rock. The hopper is closed at above with split beams fixed on it with possibility of vibration of those at unloading the bucket and cascading of small rock lumps downwards, and rubble breaker is introduced, this is installed over the split beams and fixed with possibility of interaction with the beams at holding oversized rock lumps by those. The wall at the side of the face conveyor has an opening-controller for rock discharge. In the lower part of the hopper with inclination towards the discharge opening a grizzly feeder is installed.
