In the method for testing a pyrotechnical automatic unit, to the rod of pyrotechnical automatic unit one connects in sequence and coaxially the rod of technological automatic unit identical to the pyrotechnical automatic unit, and measuring force transformer, with formation of force on the rod of the technological automatic unit, and with simultaneous connection of the system for measurement and registration of parameters in one time scale and on one information carrier. After that, one connects to the working cavity of technological and uncharged pyrotechnical automatic units high pressure air lines. In the first line pressure is formed that corresponds to force that simulates outer resistance to running of pyrotechnical automatic unit. After that high pressure air is supplied to working cavity of uncharged pyrotechnical automatic unit, with estimation of its operability by running time and reliability by the value of overcome outer resistance. |
