PURPOSE: An apartment integrated calculation method of a member store card payment and system thereof are provided to syntagmatically calculate and impose apartment maintenance fees by using a composite card including a financial payment function for entering into apartments. CONSTITUTION: An integrated calculation server(100) determines whether a maintenance fee integrated deferred payment request statement includes payment request information. The integrated calculation server assorts the maintenance fee integrated deferred payment request statements. The assorted maintenance integrated deferred payment request statement is stored in a storage medium. When an apartment maintenance fee statement is created, the integrated calculation server collects the maintenance fee integrated deferred payment statements. |
