An abrasive flap wheel comprises a set of flaps with grooves arranged radially, flanges with holes for mounting on the equipment, a remote sleeve, a binding agent. The inner space formed by the flanges, remote sleeve and a part of flap located below the flange is filled with a binder in the form of an adhesive mixture. The width of the flap working part protruding beyond the flanges is equal to the width of abrasive flap wheel. The flaps are flexible and consist of a base made of paper or cotton or synthetic material and fixed thereon with a binder abrasive grains of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide. |
