A device for manufacturing a conical threaded section of a cylinder neck comprises a cutting tool, an inductive sensor, a locator flange with a tapered bore, an element of control of the depth of location of the end of cylinder neck in the tapered hole and a control unit. The sensor is mounted with possibility of interaction with the plate of control system and is located on the element of depth control. The element of depth control is designed as a spring-loaded rod mounted with possibility of axial movement on the locator flange and equipped with a support for contact with the end of cylinder neck. The invention improves accuracy of the internal tapered thread, which increases the degree of tightness of the cylinder. |
