AN UNITE TOOL FOR HEAT INSULATING PANEL OF SHIP

PURPOSE: A joining tool for installing heat insulation panels of a ship is provided to reduce time and procedure by finishing and fixing between insulation panels simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A joining tool for installing heat insulation panels of a ship comprises a stud bolt(100), a first finishing member, and a glass fiber(400). The stud bolt is coupled to a hull structure member(10), and formed in predetermined intervals between plywood wedges(20), adjacently formed each other, corresponding to the height of the insulation panel. The first finishing member is coupled to the stud bolt to seal a gap between the insulation panels(30), and comprises a first wing part(210) and a first recessed part(220). The first wing part is formed corresponding to longitudinal direction of the insulation panel and settled in the edge upper surface of the insulation panels. The first recessed part is integrated with the first wing part and formed corresponding to the gap between the insulation panels in order to insert between the insulation panels. The stud bolt penetrates a first fastening hole(221) and couples with a nut(222) in order to fix the first recessed part. The gap between the insulation panels is filled with the glass fiber to increase thermal insulation.
