A machine for multiple-spot welding nets is equipped with a mechanism of step-by-step feed of wire and a mechanism of fixing transverse wire in the place of welding, each shunting upper electrode is installed in a carriage with possibility of vertical movement and is spring-loaded with possibility of adjustment of force compression of a spring, the mechanism of step-by-step feed of longitudinal wire is designed as pushers installed with possibility of horizontal movement between the lower electrodes and interaction with the net through the next cross-welded wire, and the pushers are connected by a crank-lever mechanism to an eccentric control mechanism, which is designed as a control driving disk, on which a cam and a crank are mounted, the mechanism of fixing transverse wire in the welding area is designed as a latch that is installed on a bracket between the shunting upper electrodes with possibility of rotation in the vertical plane and clamping the transverse wire prior to welding between a support and a slide feeding the transverse wire according to the working movement of the shunting upper electrode, and the latch is connected to the holder of shunting upper electrode by a multiunit linkage. |
