A testbench for study of key joints consists of a frame with a key head mounted on it through a fixed shaft in console way on a support, loading bushing of that one with the outer surface is rigidly connected to one end of the lever, and on the other end over that one a pile-driver device is installed as a vertical rod frame with holders and a slide with falling load. On the frame, at the side of the console of fixed shaft of key head, a removable support with threaded opening is installed, its center coincides with geometrical axis of centering opening of the shaft. In the threaded opening a screw is installed, its conical end interacts with the central opening of the shaft. |
