The present invention relates to rail transport. A locomotive bogie comprises a frame with beams of an inter-frame connection, wheel pairs with axle boxes, springs of axlebox stage of a spring suspension and rubber-metal elements of the body stage of spring suspension, vibration dampers located between the axle box and bogie frame, traction motors of a wheeled motor block. The latter have a support axial suspension in the form of a rod with a pin with a thread and an eye, in which an upper metal hinge is located. The suspension connects the traction motors with the body frame through lower rubber spherical joint. The upper hinge is secured by a mounting finger on the beam of inter-beam mounting of the bogie. In the support-axial pendulum suspension the lower rubber spherical joint consists of two hemispherical rubber elements pressed through appropriate hemispherical wheels by adjusting nuts. A form factor of said hemispherical rubber elements makes at least 1.5 at tension. Tension of rubber of hemispherical rubber elements is chosen from the condition of concentricity of the wheel-motor unit and bogie frame. In the support-axial pendulum suspension at the end of the rod a cavity is made - a cut. The upper metal hinge is spherical with rubber limiters and an axle turned along the track. The technical result is the improvement of traction and braking characteristics of the locomotive. |
