PURPOSE: A stack-type rubber damper is provided to effectively reduce the vibration of cables installed in a bridge and more flexibly cope with site conditions. CONSTITUTION: A stack-type rubber damper comprises a main body, through holes(20), a first compression plate(30), a second compression plate(40), compression bars(50), compression members(60), and nuts(70). The main body is formed by stacking damper members that are made of a high-damping rubber material. Each damper member comprises layers, each composed of two or more damper pieces, and has an inner peripheral part contacting the outer peripheral part of a cable and an outer peripheral part contacting the inner peripheral part of a transition pipe. The through holes are formed in the thickness direction of the main body. The first and second compression plates are respectively formed on the bottom and top surfaces of the main body. The compression bars are fixed to the first compression pressure as being exposed on the top of the main body through the through holes and has threads on the exterior surface thereof. The compression members are located underneath the second compression plate and respectively inserted in the through holes. The nuts are respectively coupled to the compression bars on the top of the second compression plate.
