PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating suture is provided to reduce production and to enhance production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating suture comprises: an extruding/molding body(10) and an extruding mold(20); and a barrel for applying compressive force to the body. The extruding mold has a processing blade which is eccentric at one end of a molding hole and is connected to a driving motor. The rotation speed of the extruding mold is controlled by a decelerator.
